When you figure out what it is that makes you happy, go for it. Set aside the bullshit about not wanting to hurt others because it’s going to happen whether you like it or not. You can prolong the pain or end it now and let them start their processes of moving on. Be honest to your own desires and needs because you can’t make others happy if you’re not content with where you are. It’s not a matter of being selfish, but think about it: Who’s going to take care of the people you love if you can’t take care of yourself? You (or your momma) first. No matter what. So go and find yourself because it’s not my duty to help you accomplish what took me 20 years to achieve. Life takes you to where you need to be but you have to take the steps towards progression to attain progress.
